The police should just go Let's go back to the office and:

-Hope he or he doesn't terrorize anyone else
-Hope we get lucky via the community providing the policy evidence to make an arrest otherwise the suspect gets away to commit more crimes.
-Hope the suspect doesn't flee the city and can't be found.

the driver ditched the vette and reported it stolen, except a random construction worker saw him ditch it... so a warrant was issued for his phone, which had texts of him talking shyt about the chase
