Who's Better Andre 3k or Lupe

Lupe's mixtape run was but then it was derailed by the teachings of Master Splinter. Andre 3k has maintained his unorthodox high quality rap style for 15+ yrs but Hey Ya is his biggest record and rarely releases material. If we are talking primes then I think it gets a lot closer.
