I'm from LA.
Long Beach is cool. I don't know what race you are; but Lb is very mixed: black, white, asian and mexicans. If your black stay on the east side because the west side is for the mexicans and the mexicans gang Longos target black; but longos are throughout LB. They aint shyt anyways
. There's there black gangs: r20's, insane crips and there's more. The asian gangs are active to like asian boy crip, tiny rascals gang & sons of samoa. There is no such thing as a blood gang in long beach.There are some nice places by downtown long beach, the east side and towards cal state long beach and the rent is not to expensive. North long beach is fukked up; damn near war zone so stay clear. The party life is mostly at the pike downtown long beach, 4th street and you can grab some hoes that attend cal state long beach. LB also have a heavy gay community
