I don't think even WWE knows at this point...

I'm sure the plan might have been Reigns vs. Brock but Reigns never really connected with the crowd like he should have, and his moveset is weak as fukk.

We'll already have seen 3 matches between Cena and Brock by then so that's probably not an option.

Who knows if Daniel Bryan would even be back by then, but Bryan as a surprise entrant in the Rumble and winning it and going against Brock in the ultimate underdog match would be great.

I think the most likely scenario is Rock vs. Brock at this point
