with Tupac we have information about the gun that used (a 40 caliber GLock) but not about the ammunition but with Biggie we only know that the ammunition that was used was cheap and favorited among gangs

Pac's murder is easily explainable: He beat up Orlando Anderson, a well known violent gang member in public and Orlando found Pac a couple hours later and responded how you would expect a gangsta to respond. A lot of people like to feed into all the conspiracy theories because they want Pac's death to be over something more meaningful than what it really was over.
