A woman's landlord hired a technician to repair her A/C unit. The technician didn't alert the tenant to his presence, and went straight to her back yard. As a result, the tenant became upset.

Salute this black man for having the ultimate patience. I believe she is in the wrong because the landlord should have called her. But then again if she called to complain about the air condition. Why not just assume maybe hes back there fixing the AC. Or confirm it by going outside and asking like you got some sense

he should have knocked to let her know he was there, but it wasn't that big of a deal... all she had to say was next time knock to let me know you're here... she made a mountain range out of a molehill...... if i was him, i would have bounced 90 seconds into that b.s.... i would not have been doing all that arguing back and forth, her and her kids are the ones that are hot, not him.... i would have thrown up the peace sign and bounced....

Both are wrong. He definitely should've knocked on the door to let the renter know hey I'm here to fix your AC. Even if he had permission from the owner, it's just common courtesy. The way she came at him was hella out of pocket. She didn't have to be so damn aggressive.
