I'm thinking maybe Dr. Strange? I think seeing all those battle outcomes is OP.
There is also Jean if we can count the X-Men. She's OP too. Maybe the most powerful actually.
IMO the mental and magic users are most powerful.

Jean Grey can't even stop Sinister..lol. Exodus used to own her every couple of months. Without the Phoenix force, she's not thar impressive. Iceman can do more than her.
