In my experience, if I didn't clean the Foreman within 10 minutes of cooking, shyt like Chicken Breast would stick to it and be a task to clean. Not to mention it would dry the meat out sometimes.

With an Air fryer, if you lay foil down there's minimal cleanup and the moisture is maintained
