Does anyone have any ideas why all the games are warped like this now? Every game seems like a blowout one way or the other and the variance doesn't make sense. It seems like this has been getting worse these last few years. Is it the 3 Point shot variance?

If a team goes cold (or great defense is played), and you make 3s, you're gaining a bigger advantage over making 2s.
So you have the potential to increase your lead by much more.
On the other hand, losing teams also have the potential to come back. We literally just saw Golden State do this last night. I don't get the complaints. That game was fantastic.

They are good. Also Tatum doesn't have a signature yet so that's why he wears them.

They STILL haven't understood, after all these years, that GS has always relied a lot on driving to the basket and mid-range jumpshots. The whole "GS only shoots 3s" is one of those myths that strangely haven't died yet.
