Why are Black people so shallow?

Explain what you think makes us shallow.
In the African-American community there is a strong focus on physical appearance.... Have you seen threads where black posters get mocked for looking normal? I glanced at the thread made about Supercoolp and in that thread people were mocking the way he looks, he looks like any normal guy you see everywhere......... You seldom see that on non-black forums...

This isn't a "black forum".
And this isn't a black thing, most people are shallow to some extent.
I'd say the vast majority of 14-35 year old western males and females are pretty vain. That is not exclusive nor apparent more in any one race. If you don't believe me, go to a college campus.
-all the girls have boob jobs and have had, or plan to get plastic surgery.
-all the guys are getting hair transplants or putting themselves on questionable meds to fight alopecia and are taking steroids to hide their imperfections.
everybody of every race is doing something vain in some form or another.
What forums are you going to? Because every forum I go to, guys get skewered and roasted over a pit if they post a picture of themselves and they look "normal" or have impefections. The only people I've seen not get mocked/belittled because of the way they look is if they're a stunning model chick or super fit athlete looking dude.
White people get nose jobs; bleach their hair; get fake boobs; face lifts; tummy tucks; fat sucked out of their flabby asses; fake asses put in the place of their flat asses; tans; Botox, gastric bypasse surgeries; on, and on and on.
But only in your World; black people are considered the shallow ones.

well.....compared to other message boards on the internet, this is a black forum.
Its how we treat each other...
