It's amazing how many blacks especially migrant blacks buy into white supremacist's bullshyt lies that AA blacks are lazy and shiftless when we are cock-blocked at most turns. It takes resiliency to make it. Racists are aware of the cock-blocking but not the c00ns. Racists with power have planned AA community destruction through government programs, social engineering and other means, making our failure a priority. These sentiments for me are not excuses because I have mine but I know what I have been up against.

The bottom line (re: this thread) is everyone buys frivolous stuff and everyone wastes time to an extent. We can have fun and we can relax but we must be committed to working together and connecting with each other and stop thinking about me and mine only. We need communities that are much more functional and supportive at all levels for there to be significant gains in our success and savings. This will only happen when we get together and build.
