Why are Flacco and Steve Smith the only folks on the Ravens ballin out?

Joe isn't balling out. He's not even completing half his passes in the 4th quarter and has failed 9 of the last 12 times he's had a chance to tie or take the lead. He's thrown a pick in 5 of 6 games this season and has maybe 8 total turnovers. He's been awful this season. Average joe. Smith is killing it mostly though. He's had 3 awful end zone drops though.
Y'all nikkas straight refuse to call out Flacco. He looks shytty too
the last time joe flacco balled out was when he was playing pickup ball against his prepubescent nephews

he's largely been Kerry Collins most of his career except one four game stretch. the team needs a qb as much as it needs a receiving corps and a secondary. Don't let the commentators fool you talking about this guy. He's nothing special. Makes bad mistakes and awful throws all the time

Because the front office has botched the draft and free agency the past couple seasons, so they have no skill players on offense. Joe has been up and down, but the fact they've been able to even put up 20-30 points a game and have 4th quarter leads in every game before today with those garbage nikkas is a miracleThis shyt is ridiculous

Here is who remains from 2009: a washed up webb who should have been cut after last season.
2010: pitta who hasn't been productive since 2012
2011: jimmy smith who is always hurt and rick wagner
2012: Upshaw who has rated as one of the worst linebackers in the entire league and our left guard who is real good
2013: not sure but we spent the firs two picks on matt elam who was the worst db in football last season and Arthur brown who doesn't even play
2014: Mosley has been way up and down and Jernigan has been really inconsistent at best
2015: nobody has contributed yet
Trades and free agency since then: traded boldin for a 6th round pick, traded ngata for a 5th round pick, let corey grahm leave in free agency, signed elvis, daryl smith, and Michael huff who was benched in his first game on the team, let james ihedigbo leave after a really strong season in 2013, signed darrien stewart to play poorly in 2014. Also there was giving a mediocre qb in flacco a contract that is going to pay him $28 million in 2016 and $31 million the year after
all of these things considered, I think not only should the entire coaching staff get fired, but the front office too. Ozzie has given as firing worthy a performance as the coaching staff in recent years.

Missed the playoffs in 2013 and had the Chargers been able to beat a backup we wouldn't have been in last year to give away a pair of 14 point second half leads to New England. They led the league in blown 4th quarter leads in 2010, have lost 11 games since 2012 where they had one, and are something in the ball park of 5-11 in one score games since ray retired. Ozzie has been fukking up since before that second ring. 4 of those awful drafts were before the super bowl win. These guys will likely keep their jobs, but make no doubt about it if they keep their jobs, all the same issues now will exist a year from now and more with Steve smith retiring. 20 years on the job and the best receiver Ozzie has ever drafted was torrie smith
