Not to downplay Jeezy, but a lot of people like to play the "organic" card like Jeezy wasn't signed to Def Jam, didn't have a single produced by and featured Akon (who was hige at the time), didn't have a remix with Jay Z.

Yeah I came in ready to shout the OP down, but what he’s saying especially with how people act like Jeezy was little dawging Tip at any point of the time line is kinda on point … Tip from Trap Muzik to Urban Legend was trending towards legit tier 1 superstar status, and all the street come up buzz that Jeezy had in the 101 era Tip had already graduated from …jeezy at his absolute peak was at least a step down from where Tip was…which ain’t to down play anything Jeezy had going as much as it is to remind people that Tip’s run culminated in him having the crown, the world title, whatever you want to call it by the time he rolled out King….Jeezy peaked at the intercontinental midcard title

This is the part nikkas are not understanding. These nikkas have a hard time grasping reality and not being subjective.
