Why are Redguard not welcomed in Whiterun??

I only started my Skyrim life in summer 2024. I'm a newcomer but logged my share of hours so far. Did we all pop our Skyrim cherries by going with @Redguard on our first run?

Since then I've done my 2nd quest with a Breton that I turned Japanese, and now I'm on a run with a stealth mage Bosmer.

Not really amped to ever play as a Nord.

I know on the OG Release I was @Redguard but I went Khajit on The Anniversary Edition(I also went Vamp on both of them)

that's a country being destroyed..

in Fallout the entire world has been pretty much completely destroyed. I really don't think racial dynamics would come in to play in a world like that.

Plus ghouls became a thing, so people changed all their racial vitriol towards them
