i'm not denying that the extreme weight and excessive usuage of toxins coming from drugs and alcohal doesn't have an impact on thier condition...

WHAT I'M SAYING is as a man who was OBESE and SMOKED and SNORTED everything passed to me during my COLLEGE DAYS that how i survived and maintained productivity was always MAKING SURE I GOT MY "REST"...

along with hydrating myself with plenty of water.....

i don't care HOW LATE club night was.....if i had to call in to work or miss classes to get that 8 hrs ..i was gonna do it...

I LIVED A LIFE OF BALANCE.......and that is what the BODY OPERATES by the LAW OF DUALITY..........
