Why are some full albums allowed to be posted on youtube...

the owner of the copyrighted material has to ask youtube to take it down I think. I don't think youtube is obligated to take everything down just by seeing it.

I've been told if you change the pitch slightly youtube cant trace it, i dunno how it works
They've got full albums, full movies and all that shyt.
I don't think labels and studios are actively pursuing albums that's moving zero copies.
They'll remove it if they can as other say, but in order for that to happen people have to report it. Or (I assume) Googles algorithms has to find them.
also that thing with decoding it is true as well
It's hard finding a new joint with CDQ on youtube for example, but if they rearrange the coding tweak the pitch it'll be a lot harder to find it specially for an algo.
