One Black man to another, Black nikkas in them jails and on the street are a permanent underclass out there.
Jails in general are segregated by race
If east coast (assuming by east coast you mean nyc) prisons weren’t segregated there would be no ubn netas etc

For the most part I hear eastcoast prisons from top to bottom are gang focused more than race considering the amount of latinos in black gangs and vice versa
Its weird to me why one is segregated and the other isnt
