They sometimes don't have a choice but to abort. The dude that get them pregnant are halfway out the picture which means they'll struggle. Or they might be married and a baby from another man would end that marriage. More single mothers = bad for the community.

And I'm not saving them either. I have my own priorities and goals to look after. Raising a child is a lot of responsibility and can hinder your plans and fun

It sucks, but it is what it is. :yeshrug:

My nikka straight carried a child's life like it was a rainy day.

I know one thing, a lot of people better hope there's no judgement in the afterlife. When you're so narcissistic that you refuse to take accountability for doing something to produce a child, but kill the child because it might put a damper on your "fun" how do you explain that without sounding like a complete sociopath.

But then again, if you subscribe to the notion that heaven and hell is a mental and physical state, the sheer amount of black people who've had abortions and the amount of those who hit the :yeshrug: at the thought of it, would kinda explain the perpetual misery and hardships black people go through.

Where did I say I'd kill a child? Can you bold that for me, because I don't ever recall saying that.

These are big grown ass people. What do I look like giving sympathy to someone who keeps making bad mistakes? We all know what sex can lead to but some choose to indulge in it anyway without the proper precautions. I don't feel sorry for adults who keep making the same mistakes and I'm definitely not about to pick up the slack. I don't believe in abortion myself and if I did get a girl pregnant I'm taking full responsibility. People need to do the same, take responsibility

If you took the time to read instead of getting in your feelings, the only thing I said about you was that your statement reduced a child's life to an inconvenience. The rest of that post was about black people in general.

With that said, you actually have the proper outlook, if you're doing something, you should be prepared for any and every potential outcome.

That's because a child can be a big inconvenience, they cost a ton of money and time, having to put off financial and career goals. But in my opinion, calling them an inconvenience doesn't make it a bad thing, it's just what is and something you have to prepare for. If it was easy then a lot more people would have kids from the get-go, but they not, they're waiting for the right time.

The kirk to the fields
Hold on, I might have a radical idea.

This is gonna sound crazy.

What if the woman has an abortion....... But then has a kid later instead?

Think about it. She can abort a kid she's not ready for.

And then replace that with a kid she IS ready for. And now that she's ready she can probably support even MORE black babies comfortably.

Waiting for the right time means actually waiting. Not doing what you want anyway and hand waving away the consequences.

And what if that unborn child is the next Nikola Tesla or George Washington Carver? You've deprived the entire world of a gift because you didn't wanna miss out on Thirsty Thursdays at the bar. As far as career goals, plenty people have had kids and still accomplished those goals, it's harder yeah, but not impossible.

Couple things,

It's not about partying though. You could be trying to finish college, getting established, getting into Real Estate, or starting your business. A child can ultimately slow you down, why make it harder on yourself?

And if people want to party before having a kid, let them. The first 25 years of our life is school and work, and even then we still don't know shyt about the world. It's best that you have some years with little responsibility before taking on more responsibility of kids, a house, another car, etc.

I'm not saying don't have kids, I'm saying get your goals out the way so having a kid later on won't be detrimental.
