How exactly do women up north dress?

Professional women seem to dress the same regardless of location based on work travel in NYC, Chicago, Philly versus Chattanooga, Dallas, Orlando etc.

Hoodboogers? I mean the only difference I see is hood folks up north use a European color palette (grey, black etc) while hoodboogers down souf rock more colorful fits.
