what's a lot of money in the South though?Raleigh life isas long as you have a steady job making a little money, know the city, and know a few people.
And you’ll be in heaven if you happen to make a LOT of money and know the city and a couple of folks. I love it here. Always have.

If you live uptown or around i think the average rent for a single is probably around 1500 a month for a 1br 1bath and trends down to about 1200 or so for the one mile or so radius outside of uptown.
Two people both making 120k would have a good lifestyle in charlotte. I'd say a lot of money is probably when you're hitting that 225 to 440k window, but anyone making over 70k could live pretty good currently.
