I been there as a teen minus the treh shyt and meltdowns. I've been so low and super awkward. I bet I probably came off as slow too. He needs the gym and learn to have convo with brehs and with the ladies.

Not chasing a date or sex. Just be cool with them and get to know them. Let girls the who choosey lead the way to flirting.

My current shytty job has helped me a lot with that and I lost my virginity few years ago and even fukked a college girl coworker few months ago. Just shows sex doesn't heal you. Still have to put the work in.
