Bizzy and razy had good solo songs and they were clearly talented. A lot of less talented artists had at least a decent two succesfull album run.

Iirc he was too crazy. Either drugs or just bad at politics. Dude was really popular but released music inconsistency. I think he even got locked up for drugs too. This. Dude had demons and was running the streets wilding even during his prime. Some of my folks ran into him a few times in Cbus, dude would get fukked up and wander the city partying non stop, one time dude was even barefoot
