He was good up til The Steelers cut him downlow with that dirty dive for his knees. Had me believing it was our year, we have beat the Steelers that game but instead the Steelers won the super bowl that year

But yeah, Carson got fed up with ownership, and more importantly, his wife fukking hated it here. Fans are fickle as fukk and cynical as all get out, so the little success the team did have was bet with almost sarcastic appraisal.
Ugh. To be a Cincy sports fan. Todd Frazier winning the home run derby is the biggest Cincy sports moment for a lot of people my age in town. Think about that for a second.

We was stacked that year, people forget Carson had just hit Henry for a 70 yard catch on the first play of the game when he got injured. Our whole team was in their prime. We had two pro bowl WR in Chad and TJ plus we had Henry (rip) who was looking like a future pro bowler. Rudi Johnson was a pro bowl RB and he had non-injured Chris Perry who was looking decent at the time. Carson Palmer was a pro bowler people was talking about him being a top 5 QB in the league at the time. But lately we messing up on defense in the draft we missed on everything since that Kilpatrick pick. We been killing the draft on offense tho. They say we got the smallest scouting dept in the league cuz Mike Brown so cheap.
