Why did Harlem get accused of being taken over by whites all these years when it’s really being take over by Dominicans?

the tri-state
NYC has plenty black middle class neighborhoods in the outer boros

gentrification is overstated and help for the poor and the working man is understated purposely

Old York
Dominicans been dominant in certain parts of Harlem since the 90s

Harlem from Amsterdam to Riverside is at least 80% Dominican from 135 and up

And 80% sound like an understatement and only because of gentrification. In the 90s it was more like 95%

OP won't leave his block.

He had a string of culinary platano bodega threads a while ago for whatever reason.

He the NYC stat god tho. He got all the stats and NYC IG reposts fully loaded 24/7 365.

"taking over" he says :dead:

Yea throughout my whole life I recall Broadway being Dominican but Amsterdam seemed black to me. One big difference is I didn’t notice much Africans in west Harlem the way I see them in central Harlem
