I first heard of the song here on the-coli like a month ago. I didn't actually listen to it till yesterday (I fukks with it). It says the song was first uploaded on Youtube first week of August, so how come it took that long for it to blow up (Most of the remixes from your favorite rappers are only 1 month old). In today's viral world, where new stuff is old, why did it take so long for the song to get that popular? What could he have done differntly?

I didn't realize it took Bobby Shmurda so long to blow up.

What do you think these artists could've done differently to blow up sooner, since there are some songs or even non-music videos that debut and go viral sooner

That song is old as fukk now, we've been playing it up here since like last year.
The rest of the world caught on when Rihanna and Kanye bigged the song up.

The real reason is because Lyor Cohen got behind it, do the knowledge.
