it also shows whose only knowledge of Malcolm is what is in his autobiography. Khalid pointed out that that wasn't Malcolm's first time over there, it was just his first Hajj. He knew all about the diversity of Islam in the East when he was still in the Nation preaching "The Honorable Elijah Muhammad teaches us..."
that's the only issue I've ever had with him, that one small instance we have of him being disingenuous is something white people and soft shoe nikkas have been able to grab onto and have used it to distort his image post-NOI since his death.

Depends on what u mean by changed.
My personal opinion is that the Haaj pigrimage reinvigorated him and changed his perspective. Instead of serving the NOI i think he felt a higher calling and saw the bigger picture and a more desireable endstate (solidarity of all races through the righteousness of Allah). But as he stated in the videos above, he never lost his distate and condemnation of the state of White supremacy in America.
The only thing I think softened on was how he went about things with other civil rights leaders and that may have more to do with no longer having to bow to the politics of the NOI.

They don't know anything about Elijah Muhammad because American will allow info on everybody black besides him to circulate , because he produced multiple legends and gods and was pushing for separation from whites- which would end their society.

He literally wrote he changed in his autobiography. He went from white man is the devil to praising Allah with white Muslims. As far as I can tell that is a major change. He also stop co-signing Elijah Muhammad during every speech. He formed his own organization outside of the Nation of Islam. His changes in philosophy are what many people consider led to his assassination.
