Why did the Philadelphia 76ers draft Jahlil Okafor?

They already have Embiid and Noel.

What is the point of drafting another center when you're clearly in need of guards?

How are they going to even make this work?

Obviously, I don't watch many Sixers games but from what I saw from Noel, he's pretty good defensively and I can see him improving.

Who's starting and who's coming off the bench?

I honestly don't think Okafor thought that he's was going to get picked by Philly - he didn't even seem all that excited at all either.

They got at least the 3rd best player from the NBA Draft and they can just move who they think is less useful

I always thought that was what the draft is for (long term) - drafting for the area of needs as opposed to free agency which is picking from the best talent available but I digress.
