He gonna get drafted right around where ya expected em to be drafted em. If you arent a near lock for the lottery, a lot of times it is best to bet on your self and come back.

He did kinda "fall off" the year tho, i get what you mean

Just like whoever told Rabb to come back it almost never works out when you come back...Rabb went from a top 9 pick to now being mocked damn near in the late teens early 20s.

Big mistake. The minute chad ford has you in round 1 you needa bounce. Dont be like marcus smart who passed up #2 overall to come back and go #9
he went 6th.

and it's hard to pass up a draft spot you never had.

Rabb woulda sucked had he come out last year. He wasn't ready and unlike his teammate, he realized it and acknowledged he needed to stay. Injuries and the fact that Cal for what they have at their disposal is a massive disappointment hurt that team's season. I still don't think he's ready, but I don't think staying at Cal given that situation would really help him

Rabb could still go lotto simply because bigs haven't risen like that (in fact, a lot of bigs saw their stocks fall. It's gonna come down to him wowing people at workouts)

You mean why didn't he leave after his Freshman year...his 2nd year was his down year along with this year.

IDK. You gotta remember that he isn't that tall and his wingspan and reach are really bad for a PG.

Then you gotta factor in that he isn't a athletic guy along with a high body fat.

He was the man on a MAJOR campus....College Park is no joke. I'm sure he was having a good time and didn't want to pass that up :takedat:

Not to mention Diamond Stone was coming the next year.

Now he seen as a guy that probably won't be that great on the next level. His freshman year gave NBA scouts the hope that maybe he could be a PG that can hit that 40% mark from 3....Now he hasn't hit that number since his freshman year.
