Long season, making the playoffs is a huge accomplishment in baseball and fukk it, cuz they want to. Even the Yankees do it, and they're the main culprits of people thinking if you didn't win it all, your season is a failure.

Makes no sense to me. Celebrating just cause they won the wild card game. If you're a playoff team and you celebrate winning the wild card game then you need to slow your roll

Making the offs in baseball is not easy like basketball and to an extent the NFL. Two thirds of the league DON'T make it to October, and playoff success is basically a crap shoot. The best teams on paper typically lose, it's not like the NBA where a Warriors or '12 Heat are pretty much locks to win it all.

Of course I have. But you don't see basketball players popping bottles after winning every round. It just looks corny celebrating making the fukking Wild Card game, and then getting bounced out the next day.
