Why do Bay Area rappers rap kinda weird?

what's weird about Not My Job? dope song but there's nothing weird or strange about the flow or anything like that it's fairly straight forward compared to an E-40 where he obviously has a different style that you could call out. should have called out Rappin 4-Tay or someone.

anyone hatin on 40 Water or especially if you just haven't really come to his style should check Earl from the Ball Street Journal album. after i heard that i got into his older stuff & i'm a fan now when i used to dismiss him as a weird off beat wack rapper. it's not his best song but the beat is dope as fukk and i think it's a good one to get used to his style.
