Why do black guys hang out on the street?

They congregate on street corners, doing nothing, for hours.

Like, most people usually hang out in heir homes/yards, parks, or they do activities within the city, so idk how come black males opt to stand on street corners?

do you see parks, yards, and activities where these dudes are hanging out, clown? ask the city to put some there, and when they do, to make sure there's money for maintenance as well. parks don't sweep themselves, and grass don't water themselves, basketball nets don't clip themselves to rims.

When I was younger and my parents were at work or something and I used to be baby sat my babysitter or aunt would kick us out of the house and make us hang out outside like all day until it started to get dark out, my friends parents and mind would do the same.. They didn't want their kids and their kids friends hanging out in their house all day so it'd be us and a bunch of neighborhood kids hanging out outside
