The difference is women aren't physically attracted to men unless they're very top tier where a man can find that 6 or 7 physically attractive.

So the man is attracted to the women on his level he's with where as the women thinks she's a non shallow saint because she's not dating Channing Tatum

Men don't really have all the fun parts that women have. A woman can be fat and carry it well. If a man is fat he is just fat. Men can be happy with body parts. Women don't usually have that luxury for the most part. You can act like somehow men are not as shallow but the female form is easier to love with imperfections.
