In my experience this only applies to women that are "out of your league", thus the term. Chicks like bad medina or some other elite IG thot who only chases after rich/powerful men. These chicks are like the 1% of p*ssy out there. "Normal" women, for lack of a better term are pullable. If you obsessed with getting the chick who in vip every weekend then position yourself for that. Just be careful what you wish for.
I ask where the hell you get these numbers cause there are way more black women then men and way more single black women then single black men now. In my experience being single and juggling 4-5 women you are actually attracted to ain't hard at all. Especially now days with all these dating apps, you don't even need game to pull.
