The fact that Bayard Rustin was gay and had to hide that shyt just so Black people would listen to him and then he had to kiss Dr. King's ass and give him the game just to be useful is saying something...
Being LGBT has historically been met with revulsion and violence and Black LGBT suffer greatly.
Read up LGBT history in the USA and you'll see the oppression...specifically the Stonewall Riots which was about gay people having the police raid their establishments.
However...LGBT and their liberal cohorts saying the Gay is the New Black is offensive as fukk and really just sign of the capitalistic mindset when it comes to branding and marketing civil rights and how stubborn and tyrannically human beings are with imposing their will on others.
The fact that we gotta compare struggles and be like...
"You know how lynching Black people is wrong, you shouldn't kill transgendered people..." and nikkas go

is how callous and self centered human beings are.
But you know...people will have to eventually understand that to rid ourselves of oppressive power structures and limit the tyrant in all of us, we will have to be willing to sympathize and empathize with other people and also...look at the facts and the historical record of what really happened.
And hiding being gay isn't some type of privilege. Like you expect gay people to just go around hiding who they are...
I mean if that's the case, gay people can just say..."Well you can breed out being Black...but Ima always be gay..."
shyt doesn't even make any sense...
Also...how many times this thread is going to be made...
