I hate to bring negativity into the New Year but something I've noticed and I have to get it off my chest. The mother of my child (who is also a black women btw) can attest to it too. She has seen it first hand and we're both perplexed. Middle age black women (35 - 50) have this almost rude type of attitude when I'm out being with my daughter (whose only 1) in public.
Example one lady saw me walking out of the restaurant holding my daughter and deliberately slammed the door in front of me. And most of the time they have this blank seething look of disgust. It happens far too often for it to not go unnoticed I thought I was tripping until I brought it up with my bm. She said she has gone through similar experiences but witnesses this behavior far more often when my daughter is with me.

And admittedly most of the time its white people who're always the nicest to us. Holding the doors. Waving and smiling to my kid. Etc.

She’s a mirror of potential to black women. She reflects back all of the things that they hate about themselves and all of the time that they wasted and can never get back. Older black women hate young black girls and women with a passion

I asked because I experienced this with my 3 children who are a lot lighter than me because they took their fathers skin tone, and my daughter took my own mother's hair texture which I didn't, people would assume their father was a white man until they saw him. Older black women were quite rude about it, especially towards my daughter.
