I do think our generation will fukk things up worse than the boomers.

millennials are the first generation worse off than their parents.

Its boomers who are in control of all three branches of government. its boomers who are at the helm while wages stagnated for decades, jobs went offshore, pensions became a thing of the past and the housing market became out of reach. Boomers sold the future of this country short and erased the middle class. and they are responsible for raising our generation.

Those of us who are focused and grinding, and inheriting some things 👀, have to stay on track from this point on- but we’ll be aight.

But yea this shyt kind of feels like a house of cards. It’s going to get worse before it gets better, and our generation keeps getting screwed.
Crazy thing is people who are in line to inhert get fukked up by the rising interest rates and can't build on land they now own.

House of cards indeed.

Boomers ruined politics and the financial system
Gen X is the least shytty generation of the last 4 but their (admittedly great) pop culture greatly contributed to degeneracy and decay.
Millennial women ruined dating

overall we can be pretentious as fukk and we made it ok to be a biter/fraud. We might be better parents than boomers/gen x tho.
The amount of scams on social media has spawn a whole new YouTube genre :dead:

Folks blame Boomers because they were largely raised in two parent households yet jumped off most of the issues we see today. Silent Generation were the ones dealing with Jim Crow. Boomers were more sheltered from it. And there are small tensions when you see that a large number of black Boomers were inheriting houses and had more monetary assistance and given much more opportunities from their two parent households than they let on.:yeshrug:
Stop it breh, doesn't fit the narrative.

Jim Crow didn't stop a lot of parents to get whole ass houses (how else would many of you have houses/land to INHERIT?)

Jim Crow didn't cause them to lose said houses due to infighting within the household/family.

MFers talk personal responsibility but act like it only applies to us "weak millennials".

My father gets SS and a pension. I won't see either one in my lifetime.

Want to have kids but you really just wanted an extension of yourselves.

fukk raising them, thats cac shyt. Jesus Christ got this.

Hey millennials, to be successful in life, you have to get a college degree so you can get a good job and buy a house. But we're going to exponentially raise the cost of college, forcing you to take out significant amount in loans. And because our policies favor the CEO over the worker, even though you'll be the most educated generation, you'll be the worst paid. And even though your financial situation will likely be kinda fukked and you were coming out of college when the real estate market collapsed in 09, if you question if buying a house makes sense given all that you've seen, your lack of resources, a global pandemic where you may have lost your job or taken a pay cut, remember, everything is all your fault.
