Why do most women alter their personality when they become successfull?

For some reason I notice with alot of women who become successful in their careers is that their whole personality changes. I knew a girl at my school who was the girl next door type who was legitimately wife material, down to earth and she was chill most of the time i knew her. She was just a fun person to hangout with. But when she got into law, she changed as a person. Now she carrys herself like shes wont give no one the time of day, even those friends she grew up with. I notice this behavious with my female cousins and sisters who are successfull aswell. They all have this superiority complex. I have a male cousin who just finished his med degree and hes still that chill funny nikka I grew up with. We still do shyt together and we still treat each other like equals. The only thing that changed is that now he can afford a benz.

I think that as women attain certain levels they feel they must have a more rigid exterior and prove they merit their position to be taken seriously.
