Why Do People Act Like The 2nd Disc Of AEOM Is Something Special?

he basically played it safe.

disc 1 = winning a game at halftime by blowout
disc 2 = playing it safe in the 2nd half just to maintain the lead, and then eventually letting your bench players come in and get alot of minutes......quality minutes tho - cuz the 2nd disc is dope but nothing special. outside of certain tracks, i usually just skim thru the 2nd disc when i bang AEOM.

dont get it twisted. its a classic, and is a top 3 double cd. but its just not better than "diplomatic immunity" & "art of war". also, i feel that "tru 2 da game" is right on its @$$.

I have to agree....disc 2 of all eyes on me was the most underwhelming of all time to me....that first disc is top 10 all time easily...but that second disc

The 2 cd's should be trimmed down to one cd. It is hella overrated and I wouldn't even say it is a top 3 double album. To me R U Still Down > AEOM. It just had too many damn features with mediocre artist and songs that were just ok. Plus it wasn't the same Pac that I used to bump back in '93. The message he preached throughout his career got replaced with revenge on that album.

yea that song was pretty bad.

generic funk sample track. plus, its a watered-down version of the "whats my name" sample. still cant believe they tried to rehash it.

pac tried too hard to make it work. everything about that track is forced and off-key.
