Why do people assume that T'Challa isn't as smart or smarter than Shuri?

Well according to Zach Snyder, he can't function without Louis Lane

In the Conics he is the tier with Reed, Doom, Pym and Stark.

In the movies Shuri is smarter than him. It's no big deal.

I do still think Stark is the smartest in the MCU.
