Why do people get so mad when discussing Flat Earth vs Round Earth?

literally none of us know anyone who has been to space, and none of us have been there ourselves.
to blindly believe what you've been taught your entire life is just as nonsensical as blindly believing the earth is flat.
look, i dont know what the earth really is, but to not investigate it for yourself is foolish. look at these videos:

again, i do not know what the truth is. but how can anyone turn a blind eye to shyt like this?
we don't have the explanation for a lot of things in our world, but we believe in it (quantum physics). why can't one , by observation, believe that the earth is flat, without having an explanation for it?
