Why do people in our generation (90's babies and younger) feel the need to document everything?

Seriously I'm baffled by this. People my age and younger feel the need to share every little thing with the world. No one needs to see what you ate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What you're doing every second of the day. This level of narcissism :mindblown:

To become as close to a celebrity as they can in terms of attention.

90s babies claim they love homegrown YouTube stars more than official Hollywood and Entertainment celebs, and yet the contradiction is both sides are still famous in their own different ways to get attention. They difference is that they both make money off of it compared to the average person.

It's probably to get more attention and to feel like their life is more important than it actually is. They see other people doing it and sometimes getting attention for it so they don't want to miss out. It's the follower mentality.

because everyone grew up with reality tv and social media and we're the first generation to have the ability to record everything from our pockets. Technology changes everything
