Why do people think that Boneless Wings & Chicken Nuggets are the same thing?

I refuse to eat nuggets /tenders/boneless wings now….i think something is wrong but I don’t know what so I’m just following my instincts

Best boneless wings I had were from Wing Stop.

Wings are on top of the chicken mountain but you can't call chicken nuggets wack. Far from it

Chicken nuggets are not wack, but most chicken nuggets are pink slime based.
