Putting on muscle is a slow process. It's like 2lbs per month. If you are "bulking" you are gonna get big quick, but it's also fat.
i bust my azz in the gym, get a crazy pump, do supersets so I'm not taking breaks, lifting till failure, etc and building muscle is still slow.
Plus I have great genetics for muscle building.
2lbs of pure muscle per month without gear..

if only it was that simple, natural struggle to put on 5 pounds of muscle per year.

Alotta narcissistic thots I see in the gym beeline to the leg machines and squats. But ur right if she works out her ass only atleast the rest of her lower body will be toned too.
