Why do so many of Chip Kelly's ex players seem to resent him?

McCoy accused Kelly of being a racist and now Cary Williams is on the attack. Cary says he didn't buy into Kelly's system and that Kelly was "outcoached" last year:

They took business decisions as a personal attack against their skills and/or character. Normally that wouldn't be means for a professional to just trash their former superior through the media like this but with how much controversy Chip is under, really since the day he was hired as coach of the Eagles, its given them a rare platform to speak out and face very little if any backlash whatsoever. Doesn't help that Chip has a bit of a know it all persona which can drive people crazy

Also, those three players are all divas especially Cary Williams who literally never shuts up. Won't be long until he makes headlines for something with the Seahawks
