Why do some black people blame their insecurities on being black?

I always hear some black people tell whites that black people didn't accept them because they are different. Or they say black men or women don't find them attractive. Or they say I don't have any black friends becauae I don't have anything in common with them.

Dont get me wrong people can do what they want but it's crazy that they throw black people under the bus to justify themselves.

Mentally weak. They let little daryl and little crystal in 5th grade destroy their spirit by calling them ugly so they held that grudge against all black people.
