Why do some males grunt and make all types of noises when using the restroom?

What's up with that. I swear to God everytime I use a public restroom and there's someone using one of the bathroom stalls, the person in the stall is in their grunting, moaning and make other unnecessary sounds. Some guys being doing that shyt even when they take a piss. Its like dawg do you have to be all extra doing that shyt. I was at work yesterday and one of my coworkers was taking a piss and he was doing all that grunting and shyt and I looked him like and asked him was he okay.

One day I went to the restroom and in the stall next to me some guy was grunting and talking to himself while taking a shyt. Breh sounded like he was giving birth. Turns out it was one of the superiors in my department. I have a hard time taking him seriously ever since
