I came in to say this. The boys are just as triflin'.
I'm , so maybe I'm out of touch. I don't understand how people can go outside looking sloppy. When I was coming up, we got fresh to go outside. Hair combed, face washed, teeth brushed, & lotion on. Now I see people (kids & adults) outside with pajamas, bonnets, & unwashed asses.
We used to jone on people for being raggedy, nowadays, people just wake up and say eff it.

When I was back in high school, it was usually only white kids who did this. I don't get the whole bonnet outside thing, but maybe it's this generation's Durag, or Durag/headband combo outside thing.
