Nah, I’m 36 and we used to “put that shyt on “ to go to school . Girbaud Jeans, white forces and white tees . Even the girls had their version of “put that shyt on”.
Apparently kids these days roll out of bed and just come to school as is . Literally with Pajamas and a blanket . My girl work in the high school and she talk about it all the time .

Now you might’ve caught them out early in the am in a quick gas station or grocery store run, but for the most part we wore actual clothes .

Yup I'm from that era as well.

But I'm guilty of running to store with hoodie and sweats or basketball shorts and slides myself but if Im going out I'm going to put some real clothes on.

My niece a senior in high school and when I have to pick her up from school or attend her school events, them kids be dressed in pajamas like bums.


Even at the gym, the high school kids will be in there in pajamas and Crocs all dusty.



I'm back in Collin County, Tx though so this more crackas than anything. I moved from Dallas.

All these kids and youngsters dress like utter shyt. Bum behavior and no pride in how they look when they come out the house.

I’m seeing men wearing bonnets now

my nephew had one on. he was in the house with it on, and when i asked him why he was wearing it he said for his hair. he has those little twists that i guess he's growing into locs, i don't know. i wanted to say something but i didn't cause i didn't know if he needed that shyt for his hair or not cause i've never had locs or twists. i'm a waves and durag nikka.
