Eagles will never have a dearth of bandwagon fans because they don't win the big game, and always lose in a heartbreaking way, same thing with my bears its brutal. The team w/bandwagon fans are the ones that consistently suceed in the playoffs

If by bandwagon you mean casual out of town fans, well you gained a lot of black fans during the mcnabb years, Vick helped that as well. If by bandwagon you mean those wanting to join on some front running shyt, well ppl know better than to do that.
