They need to shut up. Because it was never available. These old heads would be doing the exact same shi1t.
Them old dudes were getting coaches fired & begging for GM's for players to trade for. And if they couldn't get what they want. them dudes would either be a malcontent (Barkley) or forced to be traded (Wilt & Kareem).
